Reports
Reports puts the numbers you check most on one page: how full your classes are, who’s coming, whether you’re growing, and how much you’ve charged and collected. Everything is live, so it’s always current.
Reports are for owners and admins. Front desk and instructors don’t see Reports in the sidebar.
Pick a period
Click Reports in the sidebar. Use the buttons at the top right to choose 30 days, 90 days, or Year. The period changes attendance, joined and left, trials, and the Missing a lot list. Enrollment numbers are always as of today.
The numbers at the top
- Students: students enrolled in a class right now, with the total number of enrollments under it. Trials aren’t counted.
- Seats filled: enrolled students out of class capacity, for classes that have a size limit. Under it, how many are on waitlists.
- Attendance: the share of marked students who were here during the period.
- Joined / left: how many enrollments started and how many were dropped during the period, plus how many trials there were. Trials don’t count as joining or leaving.
- Monthly tuition: each class’s monthly tuition times the students in it, at current enrollment.
- Owed by families: what families owe right now. Click Billing to see who.
Charged and collected
A bar chart for the last four months, this month, and next month. Gray bars are what was charged and green bars are what was collected. Next month is there because many studios post tuition ahead. Hover over a bar to see the amount.
Classes
Every active class with its days, time, and program, a roster bar, its waitlist, and its attendance rate for the period. The fullest classes are at the top. Attendance under 75% shows in red. Click a class to open it.
Click CSV to download the table as a spreadsheet. It includes each class’s program, days, time, enrolled, capacity, fill, waitlist, attendance, and monthly tuition.
Programs
Each program with how many classes it has, how many students are enrolled, and how full it is. Classes with no program are grouped under Other. A program with no class sizes set shows no capacity set.
Missing a lot
Students with 3 or more absences in the period, with the most absences first. It’s a good list for check-in calls. Click a name to open their family. When nobody qualifies, it says No one. Nice.
