Class calendar and signing up
The Calendar tab shows every class your studio runs, Monday to Sunday. Every family can browse it. Whether you can sign up from it depends on your studio.
Read the calendar
- On a phone, you see one day at a time. Tap a day at the top (each shows how many classes it has). It opens on today, or the next day with classes.
- On a computer, you see the whole week side by side.
Each class shows its start time and name. Classes your kids are in are highlighted with their names; “waitlist” next to a name means that child is on the waitlist. Full means there are no seats left.
If you have more than one child, tap a name at the top to see just their classes, or All kids for everyone.
Tap any class to see its days and time, details, description, and how many spots are left when it’s nearly full. Each of your kids is listed with Enrolled or On waitlist if they’re already in it.
Sign up for a class
You can only sign up from the parent app if your studio has turned this on. If it hasn’t, the class details say “To join this class, ask the front desk.”
Tap the class
Find it on the Calendar tab and tap it.
Tap Sign up next to your child
If the class is full, the button says Join waitlist instead.
You’re done
You’ll see that your child is enrolled, and the studio sees it right away. If you joined the waitlist, we’ll email you when a spot opens, and it shows on Home as a held spot.
Add a child
If your studio lets families sign up online, you can also add a child who isn’t on your family yet.
Tap Add a child
It’s below the calendar and in each class’s details.
Fill in their name and birthday
First name is required. Last name defaults to your family name.
Tap Add child
Then pick a class for them.
