Sell at the stand
The Concessions screen is made for a tablet at the counter. Pick who’s buying, tap items, and put the total on the family’s bill.
Owners, admins, and front desk staff can sell at the stand.
Open Concessions
Click Concessions in the sidebar.
Pick who’s buying
Under Who’s buying?, type a first or last name. Students who bought in the last two weeks show under Bought recently, so regulars are one tap away. Each name shows the family it bills to and the parents’ rules:
- Tab off: the parents turned off the snack tab. You can’t sell to this student.
- $X left: the parents set a weekly limit, and this is what’s left this week.
- $X this week: no limit, and this is what they’ve spent so far.
Tap what they’re buying
Tap an item to add one. Tap again for more, or use the plus and minus buttons in the order below. Clear order starts over.
Click Put $X on the [family] bill
You’ll see “$X on the [family] bill for [name].” and the sale shows under Today.
If the button is greyed out, it says why: Pick who’s buying., Tap what they’re buying., the tab is off, or the order is over the student’s weekly limit.
Undo a sale
Every sale today is listed under Today with the time. Click Undo to take it back (wrong kid, wrong item). The charges are voided and the family’s balance updates.
Undo only works for today’s sales. To fix an older one, void the charge from the family’s bill. See Billing.
Things to know
- A student has to be in a family to buy. If they aren’t, Spotter says there’s no bill to put it on. See Families.
- Weekly limits count Monday to Sunday, in your studio’s time zone.
- Phone orders from kids show at the top of this screen. See Phone orders from kids.
