Concession stand
The concession stand replaces the paper tally sheet. A student buys a drink or chips, the desk taps who and what, and it goes on their family’s monthly bill (Classes by default). Each item is its own line, so the statement reads “Mia · Gatorade × 2”.
Parents stay in control. They can turn the snack tab off or set a weekly limit per child, and the desk sees that before selling. Kids with their own access can also order from their phone and pick it up at the counter.
Who can do what: owners and admins set up stand items. Owners, admins, and front desk staff sell at the stand and hand over phone orders. Instructors don’t see Concessions. Parents set limits in the parent app.
How it fits
- Stand items live in your item list under Billing. Concessions shows in the sidebar once at least one item is marked for the stand.
- Sales are regular charges on the family’s bill, so they show on statements and get paid like everything else.
- Parents manage the snack tab in the parent app. Kids order with kids’ access.
