Family, snack tab, and kids’ access

The Family tab shows what the studio has on file for your family, plus the settings that are yours to control: the snack tab and your kids’ own access.

What’s on file

  • Kids: each child with their age and the classes they’re in. Some studios also show extra details here.
  • Billing: what you owe or “All paid up,” and whether autopay is on. Tap it to open the Billing tab.
  • On file: any extra family details the studio shares with you, such as forms.
  • Contacts on file: the grown-ups on your family, with their relationship, email, and phone. The primary contact is marked Primary.

To change contact details, classes, or medical notes, ask the front desk. Their changes show up here right away.

Switch families

If your email is on more than one family (for example, at two studios), Your families lists them all. Tap one to switch. The one you’re looking at is marked Viewing.

Set snack tab limits

If your studio runs a concession stand, you’ll see Snack tab. Your kids can buy snacks and drinks at the stand, and it goes on your bill.

  • Concession stand: use the switch to turn the snack tab on or off. When it’s off, your kids can’t buy on your account.
  • Weekly limit: tap it to cap what each child can spend each week (Monday to Sunday). Choose No limit, $5, $10, $15, $20, or $30 a week.
  • Under that, each child shows what they’ve spent this week, and the limit if you set one.

The front desk sees your limit before they sell, and the stand won’t go over it.

Give your kids their own access

Kids’ access lets your child see their own classes on their phone, and order at the snack bar if your studio has one. You choose what each child gets, and you can sign them out at any time.

Tap your child’s name under Kids’ access to get started. The full steps are in Turn on access and sign in a phone.
